108 rounds of Classic Sun Salutations
The Classic Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskara) is a foundational sequence in yoga, made up of 12 linked postures that flow with rhythm of your breath. It is a moving meditation that helps build heat, flexibility, and focus, inviting both strength and softness into your body and mind.
Each round includes a balanced blend of forward folds, lunges, backbends, and grounding poses that awaken your entire body. With consistent practice, the 12-pose sequence can become a powerful ritual for centering your attention, energizing your system, and cultivating a deeper connection between breath and movement.
Simple, steady, and accessible, the Classic Sun Salutation is a beautiful way to begin your practice or your day.
Department Yoga
I offer yoga sessions designed specifically for departments, teams, and workplace communities. These classes bring mindful movement, breath work, and a sense of calm into your team’s workday, whether it’s to recharge during a busy season or simply to reconnect as a group.
Each session is tailored to your team’s needs and space, and can include gentle stretching, grounding breath work, and guided relaxation. No prior yoga experience is needed, just a willingness to move and take a mindful pause together.
If you’re looking to boost team well-being, reduce stress, and create a moment of connection during the workweek, department yoga is a meaningful place to start.
